They have a college degree
They have at least 3 years of nonprofit experience
They have at least 5 years of administrative assistant experience
They have at least 1 year of VA experience
They have excellent written and oral communication skills
They are based in the US
They've completed our proprietary Nonprofit Best Practices Training Program
