Nonprofit Virtual Assistant Training and Certification Program

Our NPVA® certification program includes a menu of required reading, with the standards of excellence in nonprofit best practices as an example; successful completion of all 10 modules listed below with a satisfactory score on each assessment test; application skills training; and participation in a minimum of 10 hours of shadowing and supervised client training.
